John Joseph

John Joseph has a strong background in pre-sales engineering, professional services, and solution engineering. John is currently serving as the VP of Pre-Sales Engineering and Professional Services at Tray.io, a position they started in April 2023. Previously, they worked as the VP Solutions Engineering at mParticle from July 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they held the role of Head of Product Engagement at MuleSoft from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, John had a long tenure at MuleSoft, where they held various positions, including Senior Director Solution Engineering and Director Solution Engineering, covering different regions and roles within the Office of the CTO Americas. John also gained experience as a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle Corporation from January 2011 to April 2015. Before that, John had roles at IntraLinks, JPMorgan Chase, and AmberPoint (acquired by Oracle). At AmberPoint, they served as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect and Technical Account Manager for the North Central Region. At JPMorgan Chase, they worked as the Vice President - Business Architect and later as the Vice President - Architect Lead, providing technical direction and support for various programs.

John Joseph attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
