Jessica DeBold has a diverse work experience spanning different industries, starting in 2013. Jessica began their career as a journalist, working as an Editorial Intern for Uptown Messenger and holding various roles as a Staff Writer for New Orleans Magazine, New Orleans Homes & Lifestyles Magazine, and Biz New Orleans Magazine.

In 2014, Jessica worked as an Internet Marketing Associate for Search Influence, where they wrote website content and gained experience in editing. Jessica then transitioned to TrayAway in 2019 as the Director of Customer Experience, where they support global hotel brands, leading product implementation and training.

In 2018, Jessica worked remotely for Sophisticomp Inc as a Marketing Specialist, managing various projects for Fortune 500 clients, including digital design, marketing, compliance, and new hire onboarding. Jessica also served as the graphic designer for in-house marketing materials and assisted the CEO with administrative projects.

During 2019, Jessica briefly worked as an Account Executive for CUMULUS MEDIA, where they focused on digital media and radio broadcasting, building effective advertising campaigns with customers through drop-ins and cold calling to sell sponsorships, airtime, and digital assets.

Prior to their marketing and journalism roles, Jessica held multiple positions at Renaissance Publishing LLC. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Custom Publishing Manager and Production Manager, overseeing the creation of magazines and membership directories for high-profile clients. Jessica also worked as a Custom Publishing Editor and Traffic Manager, ensuring print and web advertisements met deadlines and supporting account executives and sales managers. Jessica initially started at Renaissance Publishing as a Traffic Coordinator, streamlining the production process and collaborating with various team members.

Throughout their work experience, Jessica has demonstrated excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, along with a strong ability to adapt to different industries and responsibilities.

Jessica DeBold received their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy Pre-law from Loyola University New Orleans, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPR & AED from the American Heart Association in December 2019, as well as certifications in Successfully Leading People and Winning with Relationship Selling from Dale Carnegie Training.
