Sean Hayden

Sean Hayden has a work experience that spans over 17 years. Sean started their career as a Summer Intern at Pulte Group, Inc. in 2003 and later worked as a Summer Intern at Kitchell in 2004. In 2007, they gained further experience as a Summer Intern at McGuire and Hester. Sean then joined Traylor Bros., Inc. in 2008 as an Engineer, where they worked extensively in planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and coordination of construction operations. Sean also managed subcontractors and suppliers and handled technical problems that arose during construction. Sean continued to work as an Engineer at Traylor Bros., Inc. until 2016 when they joined Manson Construction Co. for the same role.

Sean Hayden holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, which they obtained from California State University, Chico from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Sean obtained a certification as an NCCCO Crane Operator from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators in February 2013.
