Joseph Palen

Joseph Palen is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Services Manager at TRC Healthcare since November 2022. Previously, Joseph worked as an EUS Supervisor at CommonSpirit Health, leading project implementation across 24 states, focusing on areas such as EHR, Nutrition Services, VOIP, MDM, and software and hardware implementations. Joseph also held the position of Team Lead for the Project Delivery side of the End User Services Team at Dignity Health, overseeing enterprise projects and initiatives from September 2012 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, Joseph provided technical support as an End User Technical Support Specialist at Dell Services and Computers, overseeing IT operational support for hospitals and clinics.
