Sr. Director Of People Engagement And Marketing at TRC Market Research

Lenka Kolar has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Lenka started their career in 1997 at Saatchi & Saatchi, where they worked in account management for eight years. In 2005, they joined MRM as an account and research manager, staying with the company for two years. Lenka then moved to TRC Insights in 2007 as a research director, before transitioning to Quantelligence in 2010 as a marketing director. Lenka returned to TRC Insights in 2013, initially as a director of marketing and later as a senior director of people engagement and marketing. Lenka currently holds the position of senior director at TRC Insights.

Lenka Kolar has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Psychology from the University of Toronto. Lenka also holds a Certificate in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "The 360º Corporation: Tools for Achieving Corporate Purpose" from Coursera in 2022.
