Rachel Jones is an experienced operations manager with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Operations Manager at TRC Talent Solutions since January 2022, Rachel has progressively advanced through positions from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Center Director and Program Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta from September 2016 to December 2020, as well as working as After School and Camp Assistant Director at Kaiserman Jewish Community Center from February 2015 to August 2016. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
