Tim McGowan

Tim McGowan is an experienced professional in recruitment and team management, currently serving as the RPO Recruiting and Quality Manager at TRC Talent Solutions since January 2018. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team of RPO recruiters, driving process improvements for efficiency and compliance, and effectively managing a workforce of over 125 associates in previous roles.
