Charles Pascale

Charles Pascale has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Charles started their career as an Engineer at Con Edison in 1981 and later worked as an Associate Engineer at Central Hudson Gas & Electric from 1990 to 1995. Charles then became an Adjunct Lecturer at Dutchess Community College in 1995 before moving on to work as a Regional Sales Manager at Waukesha Electric Systems from 1996 to 1999. In 2000, they joined MSE Power Systems as the Chief Engineer until 2005. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at TRC Companies, Inc., initially as a Senior Project Manager and then held various positions such as Manager, Albany Engineering, Chief Engineer, Substations, and Director, Utility Development - East Region. In their most recent role at TRC Companies, Inc., they served as the Principal Lead Engineer, Substations. Charles Pascale has extensive experience in business development, engineering management, and project management in the energy/power delivery industry.

Charles Pascale holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained from 1980 to 1981. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree at Manhattan College from 1976 to 1980. Charles also possesses a Professional Engineer certification in New York.
