Ellen Miller

Ellen Miller is an experienced energy executive currently serving as Executive Utility Advisor and Senior Vice President of Business Operations at TRC Companies, Inc. since July 2020, and has also held a senior vice president role for complex projects and program support at MPowered since April 2021. Previously, Ellen served as Vice President at Avangrid Networks, Inc. where responsibilities included overseeing engineering and construction in Maine, New York, and Connecticut, and directed large scale electric projects for AVANGRID prior to that. Additional experience includes serving as a management and leadership consultant for The Maine Women's Conference from December 2019 to December 2022, where Ellen held the position of Secretary. Ellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine, an MBA from Thomas College, and completed an executive program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2019.
