Jeremy Conner

Jeremy Conner is an accomplished GIS professional with extensive experience in spatial data management and utility network implementation. Currently serving as an Associate Principal GIS Consultant at TRC Companies, Inc., Jeremy leads data migration initiatives and mentors team members. Previously, as a Senior GIS Consultant at Locana, Jeremy provided technical leadership for the ArcGIS Utility Network implementation and chaired the Veterans Employee Resource Group. With a strong foundation in GIS analysis from roles such as Senior GIS Analyst and GIS Consultant, Jeremy has demonstrated expertise in data transformation and workflow design. Additionally, Jeremy served in the US Navy as an Aircrewman/Aviation Rescue Swimmer and holds a Master of Geographic Information Systems from Penn State World Campus, among other academic credentials.
