Rich Roda

Rich Roda is a retired HR Manager with extensive experience in human resources, having worked with notable companies including Ebasco Services, Smiths Aerospace, GE Aviation, and TRC. From 1977 to 1997, they served as HR Manager at Ebasco, and continued to leverage their expertise at various organizations until taking on the role of HR Business Partner at TRC Companies, Inc. in 2010. Rich holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
