Jan Madzia

Jan Madzia has extensive administrative and financial management experience, currently serving as Vicepresident for Administration and General Manager for Administration and Purchasing at TRCZ s.r.o., a prominent automotive Tier 1 supplier within the Toyota family, since October 2002. Jan oversees a diverse team managing finance, IT, and HR departments, and has previously held various managerial roles focusing on financial planning, cost control, and accounting. Early career experiences include a trainee position at Tokai Rika Co., Ltd. in Japan and treasury management at Prosper trading a.s., coupled with an academic background that includes an MBA in Finance from VŠEM and a master's degree in Finance from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
