Adriaan Kuyler

Adriaan Kuyler has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Adriaan began their career at COMP Cams® as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, where they gained experience in Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor for model and print design. Adriaan also worked on designing basic sheet metal components and assemblies.

In 2013, Adriaan joined Medtronic Spine & Biologics as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. During their time there, they worked on various projects and gained knowledge in mechanical engineering.

Adriaan later progressed to roles such as Associate R&D Engineer and R&D Engineer at Medtronic Spine & Biologics, where they focused on product development. Their responsibilities included conducting research, designing prototypes, and working on engineering projects.

In 2018, Adriaan joined Medtronic Spine & Biologics as a Senior Product Development Engineer. Adriaan played a vital role in the development of new medical devices, using their expertise in mechanical engineering and product development.

Currently, Adriaan is employed as a Principal R&D Engineer and Director of Design and Innovation at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. Adriaan leads the design and innovation team and contributes to the development of cutting-edge medical devices.
