Jill Aichroth

Jill Aichroth has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jill is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., where they focus on advancing the standard of care for bunion deformities and midfoot correction.

Before joining Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., Jill held various roles at Korn Ferry, starting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner in 2015 and eventually becoming a Team Lead, providing services to companies like Novartis and Teva Pharm.

Prior to their time at Korn Ferry, Jill worked as a Senior Recruiter at Randstad and as a Healthcare Recruiter at Chenega Corporation EH&F. Jill also served as a Human Resources Recruiter on a contract basis at Sovereign Bank.

Earlier in their career, Jill gained experience as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Aon, a Senior Manager at Nursefinders, a Corporate Contract Recruiter at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, and a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services.

Jill's career in talent acquisition began at Global Employment Solutions, where they worked as a Recruiter for five years.

Jill Aichroth obtained their A.A degree in Occupational Studies from Katharine Gibbs School of Business in the years 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Science in Management from the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010. Most recently, Jill completed their Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University between 2017 and 2018.
