Jim Hastings

Jim Hastings has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to training and development. Jim is currently the Director of Sales Training at Treace Medical Concepts, responsible for building and delivering effective training programs. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Learning & Development at AutoNation, overseeing the design and delivery of training programs. Jim also worked as the Director of Training & Organizational Development at ABB OPTICAL GROUP, focusing on talent acquisition and development. Before that, Jim served as the Senior Manager of Training & Development at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where they improved the firm's performance management process. Jim was the VP of Human Resources Development at BankUnited, where they led training initiatives and facilitated leadership development programs. Jim also worked as the Director of Training at ADP TotalSource and managed a payroll processing center at ADP.

Jim Hastings has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from King's College, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. Jim also holds a Master's degree in Education from Indiana University Bloomington, which they completed from 1987 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Jim has obtained several certifications including DecisionWise 360 Coaching Certification from DecisionWise in 2022, Predictive Index Analyst certification from PI Worldwide in 2015, and Certified TotalSDI Facilitator certification from TotalSDI in 2005.
