Lawrence W. Hamilton

Lawrence W. Hamilton, MPA, Ed.S., SPHR, CCP, BCC, was most recently Senior Vice President, Human Resources-Worldwide and member of the Executive Committee at Tech Data Corporation, a technology distributor with over 11,000 associates worldwide. He also held human resource management and executive leadership roles with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY) and Monsanto. Since 2008, Mr. Hamilton has served as a Senior Adjunct Faculty and Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership affiliate Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College. He also manages a private executive coaching and HR consulting practice, Hamilton Consulting. Former board positions include serving as member and chair of the Compensation Committee at HomeBanc Mortgage, as well as Wright Medical Group, Inc. (WMGI). Mr. Hamilton was also appointed to the board of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Center for the Public Trust (CPT), the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg Campus Board of Directors, and the Carter-Edison Advisory Board.
