Abhijeet Bias

Abhijeet Bais is a Senior Engagement Leader at Treacy & Company’s Chicago Office. He has almost a decade of experience working with senior level management teams across various industries such as building products, technology, engineering services, healthcare, specialty chemicals, and industrial packaging to help solve complex strategic, operational and tactical issues.

Lately, Abhijeet has been leading a growth turnaround effort for a client to reverse the trajectory of their business by bridging the gap of strategy and execution. His teams closely collaborate with multi-disciplinary client teams, namely product, sales, marketing and delivery to identify most attractive profit pools in the market and develop and execute action plans to implement initiatives that help capture that growth most efficiently.

Abhijeet holds a B.E (First Class Distinction) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA (Finance and Strategy) from Cornell University. He has previously worked in industry for service delivery within telecom, radio and advertising sectors. He speaks fluent Hindi and Urdu. Now living in Chicago, Abhijeet has previously worked and lived in London, UK and Delhi, India.
