The Treacy & Company leadership team has a wealth of experience in various industries, with members coming from backgrounds in mechanical engineering, computer science, and history. Many on the team have worked as consultants for major firms, including Deloitte, Doblin, and Monitor Group. The team also has experience founding and running their own companies, such as Rewards21 and Gen3 Partners. In addition to their professional experience, many members of the team have also taught management at prestigious universities, such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
