Mark Paigen

Mark Paigen has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Mark started their career in 1989 as the Founder/Owner of Chaco Inc., a company that manufactured high-quality sport sandals. Under their leadership, Chaco became known for its focus on values and product integrity. After leaving Chaco in 2009, Mark took time off and sailed the Caribbean on S/v Vela. In 2012, they founded another company called Osmium, which specialized in men's casual apparel. In 2014, Mark joined Vibram Group as a Project Manager, where they played a key role in showcasing the brand's ability to innovate. Currently, they are the Owner/Founder of Tread Labs, a brand known for its sport sandal with a pronounced footbed contour and durable construction.

Mark Paigen attended Goddard College, where they focused on studying Breadbaking and Long Distance Running. The duration of their studies and the completion of any specific degree are not provided.
