Treamer
Matias Mäkitalo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. In 2006, they began as a Designer for Freelancer. In 2012, they took on a part-time role as a Graphic Designer for Humap Ltd. In 2013, they worked as a Product Designer for Howspace and a Product Design Intern for Wapice Ltd. Matias also founded Nuoriosaa.fi, where they learned the basics of the lean startup methods, funding possibilities, accounting, labor legislation, digital marketing, PR and programming. Matias grew an user base from 0 to 2000 without spending a dime and pitched to hundreds of people. In 2015, they became the Head of Product Design & Marketing and Co-Founder of Treamer, a digital recruiting and staffing platform. In this role, they were responsible for digitizing the structure of the staffing services by creating smart matchmaking & HR technology and getting rid of unnecessary operational structures. Matias later became the CEO and Co-Founder of Treamer.
Matias Mäkitalo attended Schildt Upper Secondary School from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their Matriculation examination. In 2015, they attended Emory University's Goizueta Business School for their Leadership (LEAD Business Summer Program 2015).
