Oralea Marquardt is an experienced professional in social work and grief counseling, currently serving as the Pediatric Program Manager at Treasure Coast Hospice since October 2017. Previous roles included Pediatric Social Worker and Youth and Family Grief Counselor, with a background as a Social Work Intern at MorseLife Health System, where counseling services were provided to older adults and caregivers. Additionally, Oralea interned with Treasure Coast Hospice's Little Treasures Pediatric Palliative and Hospice Care Program. Prior to a career in social work, Oralea was a Professional Figure Skating Coach for four years and managed a tropical garden nursery, overseeing various operational aspects. Oralea holds a Master of Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba.

Treasure Coast Hospice

Treasure Coast Hospice is a non-profit community organization of skilled professionals and dedicated volunteers whose mission is to provide access to compassionate, caring, expert and professional hospice and grief support services to patients and families at the end of life. Founded in 1982, Treasure Coast Hospice has grown to serve more than 4,000 patients annually in Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties. Thanks to the generous support of our community, the Treasure Coast Hospice Foundation is able to fund comprehensive hospice and grief support programs for Treasure Coast Hospice, including three Inpatient Units for those who need a higher level of care, the specialized pediatric program Little Treasures, music therapy, massage therapy, virtual reality experiences, individual and group bereavement services, and Camp Good Grief for children who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Treasure Coast Hospice is a certified Great Place to Work. Treasure Coast Hospice has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for hospice accreditation.
