Kaitlyn Apodaca

Kaitlyn Apodaca, MHA, currently serves as Program Manager II for Pediatric Cardiology and Integrated Surgical Care at Cleveland Clinic since June 2023, following a prior role as Administrative Fellow. In addition, Kaitlyn has been a Board Member at the National Center for Healthcare Leadership since January 2025. Previous experience includes positions as Sales Strategy Specialist at Definitive Healthcare and Graduate Administrative Intern at Cleveland Clinic, along with various operational roles at Definitive Healthcare, ranging from Operations Specialist to Customer Success Intern. Kaitlyn's early career includes roles in customer service, education, and management, including Assistant Production Manager at Island Treats and Assistant Teacher at Pacific Science Center. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Boston College.
