Senior Manager Of Customer Success at Treasure Data

Jen Amundgaard has extensive work experience in customer success management and webmaster roles. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at Treasure Data, starting as a Customer Success Manager and moving up to Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, Jen worked at Conversica, where they held various customer success management positions, including Manager of Customer Outcomes and Principal Customer Outcomes Manager. Before their roles in customer success management, they worked as a Senior Webmaster at the Law Office of Tim Headley from 2008 to 2014. Jen also has experience in project management and operations analysis from their time at Cycorp in 2001 and as a consultant at Tactica Technology Group in 2001. Jen Amundgaard holds a Master of Arts degree in Epistemology, Science/Technology, and Theology from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, from 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Science and Information Systems at the Texas McCombs School of Business. Jennifer Amundgaard also holds certifications in TD EXPERT: CDP for Marketing from Treasure Data and Conversica Basics Certification from Conversica.
