Caryn De la Rama, EMBA, has a varied and extensive work history predominantly in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Caryn most recently served as the Director of Corporate Human Resources & Organization Development at Treasure Island Industrial Corporation, where they were responsible for implementing HR programs and organizational development initiatives across multiple plant sites. Prior to this, Caryn held the position of Training and OD Head at Carmen Copper Corporation, where they focused on employee training and development, career path systems, and continual improvement of HR systems. Caryn also has experience as an HR Specialist at Lexmark, where they managed training and development programs, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives. Caryn began their career as an Associate Consultant at Alexander Consulting Group and also served as the Administrative Head at the Philippine Society for Training and Development. Caryn's work experience dates back to 1999, when they were an OD Officer at the Madera Foundation & Corporate University.

Caryn De la Rama, EMBA, has a comprehensive education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1996, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos. Caryn then pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology - Candidate from the same university between 2000 and 2003. Continuing their academic journey, they earned an Executive MBA Graduate degree from the University of San Carlos in 2008, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

Caryn De la Rama's dedication to education did not stop there. Caryn enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration program at the University of San Carlos in 2017, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. This degree is currently in progress.

Regarding professional certifications, they have obtained several valuable credentials. In 2008, they received a Certificate Course in Talent & Career Management from Ateneo de Manila University. In 2010, they became Harrison Assessments Accredited through the Harrison Profiles International Inc. Caryn further expanded their knowledge by completing a Certificate Course in Fundamentals of Organization Development from Ateneo de Manila University in 2011. In 2012, they became a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner through CPP Asia Pacific (Australia). Finally, in 2016, they obtained a certificate in The Fundamentals of Reward Philosophy, Job Analysis, Job Leveling, and Salary Structure Development from Willis Towers Watson.

In terms of recent education, Caryn De la Rama is currently pursuing studies in Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific, with an expected completion date in 2022.

The company has also gone into production of quality architectural, industrial and automotive paints aptly named "Island Paints"​. We are also into manufacturing of styrofoam boxes, metal containers/ tin cans, shrinkable plastic seal caps and labels. And today, Treasure Island's products are now becoming one of the prominent players both in the local and national commerce.
