Caryn De la Rama, EMBA, has a varied and extensive work history predominantly in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Caryn most recently served as the Director of Corporate Human Resources & Organization Development at Treasure Island Industrial Corporation, where they were responsible for implementing HR programs and organizational development initiatives across multiple plant sites. Prior to this, Caryn held the position of Training and OD Head at Carmen Copper Corporation, where they focused on employee training and development, career path systems, and continual improvement of HR systems. Caryn also has experience as an HR Specialist at Lexmark, where they managed training and development programs, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives. Caryn began their career as an Associate Consultant at Alexander Consulting Group and also served as the Administrative Head at the Philippine Society for Training and Development. Caryn's work experience dates back to 1999, when they were an OD Officer at the Madera Foundation & Corporate University.

In 1996, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos. Caryn then pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology - Candidate from the same university between 2000 and 2003. Continuing their academic journey, they earned an Executive MBA Graduate degree from the University of San Carlos in 2008, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
