Bill MacDonald

Bill MacDonald is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel and casino operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino since April 2023, Bill oversees the day-to-day management of the 3,000-room property on the Las Vegas Strip. Prior to this role, Bill was Vice President of Hotel Operations at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City from November 2018 to April 2023, managing the hotel division of a 2,000-room establishment. Bill's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Hotel Operations at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino from 2009 to 2018 and various leadership positions at WEDGE Real Estate Group, including President and Regional Director of Operations, where Bill managed financial performance and operations for multiple hotels. Bill’s career began at Ruffin Hotel Company, where responsibilities included regional management and development opportunities for Marriott-branded hotels. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
