Andreas Gefnider

Andreas Gefnider has extensive work experience in the field of corporate treasury and finance. Andreas began their career at Bertelsmann Group in 2013 as a Corporate Trainee and progressed through various roles, including Associate, Senior Associate, and ultimately Director of Corporate Treasury & Finance. During their time at Bertelsmann, they also served as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Campaign, which is a subsidiary of Bertelsmann Group. In 2022, Andreas joined TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) as a Senior Solutions Architect.

Andreas Gefnider's education history is as follows:

Andreas obtained an Abitur degree from Kreisgymnasium Halle Westfalen in 2013. Andreas then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they completed between 2013 and 2017.

In 2015, Andreas also obtained an Industrial clerk (IHK) certification from Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Continuing their educational journey, Andreas participated in the Summer Session program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2016, focusing on Behavioral Finance.

In 2019, Andreas acquired the Certified Corporate Treasurer designation from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Andreas furthered their education by pursuing a Masters in Finance (post-experience) from the London Business School, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.

Moreover, Andreas attended Columbia Business School in 2022, where they obtained an Executive MBA with a concentration in Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Andreas has completed various courses and exams. Notably, they achieved certification in Intro to Data Science for Finance and Intro to Python from Cognitir in March 2021. Andreas also holds a Cambridge CAE certificate from Cambridge Assessment English, earned in June 2019. Additionally, they obtained a DELF (diplôme d’études en langue française) B1 certification from Institut français in April 2012.
