Katya Usheva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katya is currently working as a Customer Success Operations Manager at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions), starting in May 2022. Before that, they worked at DXC Technology, where they held multiple roles. Katya was a Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Specialist from September 2019 to May 2022 and a Business Continuity Specialist from July 2018 to September 2019. Prior to DXC Technology, they worked at TeleTech Philippines as a Business Continuity Coordinator from March 2017 to July 2018. Katya also has experience as a Backup and Storage Support specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 2016 to March 2017. Their early career involved working as a Customs Investigator at Yougozapadna Customs House from October 2013 to August 2016. Katya Usheva is also an AMBCI (Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) v4 Certified Professional.

Katya obtained their Master of Laws (LLM) degree from SWU "Neophyte Rilski" between 2007 and 2012, specializing in Law. Prior to their master's degree, Katya Usheva attended the National humanitarian high school from 2003 to 2007, where they received a Diplom of high school. Their field of study at the high school focused on English Language and Literature.
