Nikolay Sokolov

Nikolay Sokolov has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Nikolay started their career at Etaligent.Net as a system administrator from December 2006 to September 2010. Nikolay then joined Skrill (Moneybookers) as a system administrator from September 2010 to December 2012. After that, they worked at Software Group BG Ltd as a System Administrator from January 2013 to August 2015, and then as a Core & DevOps Infrastructure Team Lead from August 2015 to January 2016.

In January 2016, Nikolay joined TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) where they served as a Cloud Operations Team Lead until May 2021. Nikolay then transitioned into the role of a Cloud Infrastructure Architect from May 2021 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of a Senior Security Architect since April 2023.

Nikolay Sokolov earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" between the years 2017 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in VMware Certified Professional 5 Data Center Virtualization from VMware in October 2014.
