Oksana Drehval has a strong background in software engineering and management. 🇺🇦 Oksana is currently working as an Engineering Manager at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) since October 2021. Prior to this role, they held several positions at TIS, including Software Engineer, Scrum Master, and Squad Lead. 🇺🇦 Oksana joined TIS in November 2015 and worked there until August 2018. Before joining TIS, Oksana worked at Ciklum as a Java Developer from November 2010 to May 2014. 🇺🇦 Oksana also gained experience as a Python Developer at NP "INTEH" from January 2008 to October 2010. Overall, Oksana has a diverse experience in software engineering and has progressed into managerial roles throughout their career.

Oksana Drehval pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. From 2003 to 2008, they attended Odessa National Polytechnic University, where they obtained a Master's degree. prior to that, Oksana completed their studies in Computer Programming for automatic systems at Kherson Polytechnic College from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained certifications in Scrum methodology. In October 2018, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org, followed by the Professional Scrum Master II certification in September 2022.
