Christophe Vereecke

Mr. Vereecke is a businessman and entrepreneur based in Paris, with a background in finance, oil and gas, mine royalties and technology. As an entrepreneur, he has been involved in the start-up of several businesses including co-founder and former Chief Financial Officer of Business Oil Platform, a physical oil trading and logistics company operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Vereecke’s current investment advisory firm specializes in private client fund management focused on the extractive industry, mine royalties, precious metals and diamond markets. His finance background includes independent consultancy to the wealth management and private equity sectors, and earlier in his career, he was a sell side analyst and fund manager. Mr. Vereecke has served on the Treasury Metals Board of Directors since 2015 and is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
