Cory Welch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operational management. Currently serving as Customer Service Operations Manager for Johnson County, KS Government since March 2018, Cory previously held several roles at The Advocator Group, including Account Management and Quality Program Manager, where efforts led to significant improvements in advocacy services benefiting thousands of clients annually. Cory's expertise extends to project management, having successfully led process improvement projects that achieved substantial savings, and operations management, overseeing a team of law clerks and advocates. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director of Operations at O'Byrne Williams Capital Group, where foundational workflow processes were established, and roles as a paralegal and office administrator, demonstrating strong foundational skills in legal and administrative functions. Cory holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College.
