Heather McNeive

Heather McNeive, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Housing Services for the Johnson County, KS Government since December 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Johnson County Housing Authority and managing the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. Previously, Heather held various positions at the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority from October 2011 to November 2022, including Director of Housing Assistance, where oversight of low-income housing programs occurred, and Director of Resident Services, focusing on assisting residents with Moving To Work requirements. Starting a career at Capital City Bank from March 2006 to October 2011, Heather worked as a Personal Banker/Teller, managing customer accounts and assisting with loan applications. Heather holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from The University of Kansas.
