Kendall Kaut

Kendall Kaut has served as the Assistant District Attorney for Johnson County, KS Government since January 2017, and has received multiple accolades including the 2024 Kansas Prosecutor of the Year and the 2023 Kansas Traffic Prosecutor of the Year. Kaut leads the felony division and supervises attorneys, with significant experience arguing cases before the Kansas Supreme Court and the Kansas Court of Appeals, achieving notable convictions in major crimes. Kaut is also an accomplished author, having published "How They Drew It Up," which focuses on Baylor's 2021 championship season, and serves as a basketball analyst and columnist for SicEm365. Previously, Kaut was the Editor and Site Director of Our Daily Bears on SB Nation, where coverage included the 2021 Final Four. Kaut holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Baylor University.
