Joe Padilla is an experienced professional in operations and quality management within the wine industry. Currently serving as the Packaging Operations Manager at Treasury Wine Estates since April 2024, Joe has previously held key roles such as Operations Manager and Assistant to the CEO at Willamette Valley Vineyards, and Bottling Operations Manager at Purple Brands. Joe's background includes significant expertise in quality assurance processes, continuous improvement, and business strategy, supported by a solid foundation in quality systems design. Additionally, Joe took a career break between October 2021 and September 2022 to explore 23 countries and over 100 cities. Education was obtained at Santa Barbara City College.
