Prashanth Kumar

Prashanth Kumar (PK) currently serves as the Sr Manager Transformation and Head of Service Management Office at Treasury Wine Estates since November 2021. Previously, PK held various leadership roles at Telstra from July 2012 to November 2021, including Chapter Lead Process Excellence and Senior Strategy and Process Consulting Lead focusing on Robotic Process Automation. PK's career also includes significant positions at MphasiS, where responsibilities included Associate Vice President and Lead Banking BPO Delivery, as well as Senior Manager Business Improvement. Early in their career, PK managed collections for Zeus Credit Services and provided training at DNZ Computers. Educational qualifications include a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean from the Lean Sigma Institute, a Certificate IV in Finance from The National Finance Institute, and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Karnataka State Open University.
