Shadoe Jones is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in advocating for individuals with severe mental illnesses. Currently serving as Legislative and Policy Counsel at the Treatment Advocacy Center, Shadoe focuses on improving state and federal laws related to mental health treatment. Previously, Shadoe worked as an attorney at Garcia Law Firm, where advocacy efforts primarily supported clients with mental health needs in various court settings. Shadoe's legal career began with roles as a certified limited practice student and an administrative specialist in Delaware, combining research and legal writing with practical courtroom support. Shadoe holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Delaware.
