The AOT Implementation Team at the Treatment Advocacy Center focuses on facilitating the adoption and effectiveness of Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) programs. This team works on developing strategies for implementing AOT laws, evaluating program outcomes, and providing technical assistance and support to communities and policymakers to improve the delivery of psychiatric care for individuals with severe mental illness (SMI).
