Amanda Frazier is currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Treaty Oak Clean Energy. Prior to this role, she held positions at Vistra Corp. as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Policy, at Energy Future Holdings as the Director of Regulatory Policy, at Luminant as a Senior Manager in Legislative & Regulatory Affairs, at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP as an Attorney, and at Hunton & Williams also as an Attorney. Amanda earned her JD from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2001 and her BA in Communications and History from Baylor University in 1998.
