Edmundo Toro is a highly experienced professional in the clean energy and investment sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Treaty Oak Clean Energy since November 2024. Prior to this role, Edmundo held positions on the Board of Directors at Ventos de São Zacarias and as Senior Vice President at Macquarie Group, overseeing Macquarie Asset Management and MAM Green Investments, as well as serving as VP for Latin America Development. Career highlights include leadership roles at SunEdison as Director of LatAm Wind and at Invenergy LLC as Senior Manager of Business Development, in addition to technical positions at PNE Wind USA, Southwest Power Pool, and Entergy Services Inc.
