Jonathan Lopes Venancio currently serves as the Head of Customer Support at treble.ai since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Senior Support Analyst at Auto Avaliar from September 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included testing and validation of system improvements, ERP system support, client training, and remote technical support. Jonathan's earlier experience includes working as a Support Analyst at IBM from June 2015 to June 2017, providing technical assistance in Spanish for various software and systems across Latin America. Additionally, Jonathan served as a missionary from March 2013 to March 2015, where skills such as fluent Spanish communication and interpersonal relationships were developed. Academically, Jonathan obtained an Associate's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from BYU-Pathway Worldwide in 2017 and is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at Centro Universitário UniMetrocamp, expected to be completed in June 2024.
