Rochelle Ramos

Rochelle Ramos is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Trebor International, Inc. since January 2024, Rochelle has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Albany International Corp., where responsibilities included talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning for over 500 employees. Prior to that, Rochelle was Vice President of Human Resources at PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc., focusing on global collaboration and HR service delivery within the aerospace and defense sectors. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Mayor of Washougal, Human Resource Manager at WFG National Title Insurance Company, and roles in HR coordination and administration at Kolisch Hartwell, AC Transit, and other organizations. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Aerospace & Defense from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University.
