Ashwini Agrawal

Ashwini Agrawal has a diverse work experience in the field of AI and data analytics, primarily focusing on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Ashwini is currently working as the Head of BFSI and AI Strategy Lead at Tredence Inc. since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of AI Solution Architecture and FS Business Leader at Accenture from May 2022 to September 2023.

Before their time at Accenture, Ashwini held various positions at BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions, starting as the Solution and Delivery Head of FSI from May 2016 to March 2017. Ashwini then became the Director of FSI Solutions and Delivery from April 2017 to April 2021, and eventually rose to the position of VP and Head of Financial Services from May 2021 to April 2023.

Ashwini also has experience working at Innovation Labs, [24]7 Inc. where they served as a Principal Analytics Consultant from August 2013 to March 2015, and as the Manager of the US Retail Vertical in Data Sciences & Optimization from April 2015 to May 2016.

Additionally, Ashwini worked at Capital One as a Senior Associate in the Cards & SME Business division from May 2012 to August 2013, and at HSBC where they held several roles including Assistant Manager in Decision Sciences from March 2011 to April 2012, Business Analyst in Risk from June 2009 to February 2011, and Associate Analyst in Risk from June 2008 to May 2009.

From 2003 to 2008, Ashwini Agrawal attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, where they pursued an Integrated M.Sc. degree in Physics over a span of five years.
