Heather Cossar

Heather Cossar, CHRP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Tredence Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Heather was a Senior Associate in Workforce Planning & Development at OMERS from 2020 to 2022. Heather's experience also includes positions as Talent Lead in People & Culture and Human Capital Management, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator at Timbercreek between 2018 and 2020. Earlier roles include working as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Hassan Law in 2014 and as a Field Sales Representative at Kognitive Marketing in the same year. Heather holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from George Brown College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Western University.
