Rekha Nair

Rekha Nair is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tredence Inc., Rekha has also held significant roles at Capgemini, including Vice President HR and Senior Director HR, where responsibilities encompassed head HR business partnerships across multiple regions. Prior to that, Rekha worked at Mphasis as HR Lead for the Service Desk and at HCL Technologies as Lead HR Business Partner. Rekha Nair holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai and completed studies at SIES College of Management Studies from 2001 to 2003.
