Yogesh Sikotara

Yogesh Sikotara has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Yogesh is currently serving as the Global Head of Operations at Tredence Inc., where they oversee various departments such as Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, Resource Management, and Information Technology.

Before their current role, Yogesh worked at Brillio as a Managing Director, where they played a key role in the company's growth from 1600 to over 6000 employees. During their time at Brillio, they also served as the Director of Operations.

Prior to Brillio, Yogesh worked at Larsen & Toubro Infotech (L&T Infotech) as an Executive in the People Supply Chain. Yogesh was responsible for managing various aspects of the supply chain function.

Yogesh's extensive experience also includes working at Capgemini in various roles such as Delivery Executive, Delivery Director, Presales and Operations Head of Large Account, and Head of India CEO Office. In these roles, they were responsible for managing delivery, client relationships, and overall operations for the Financial Services unit.

At the start of their career, Yogesh worked as a Team Lead and Onsite Coordinator at Capgemini, where they played a crucial role in the development and support of a loan origination system. Yogesh also worked as a Team Member in a Y2K and migration project, where they were involved in the migration of retail business applications.

Yogesh Sikotara completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Govt College of Engineering, Amravati from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Lions Club English Medium School in Yavatmal from 1980 to 1991, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
