Dave Arnold has extensive experience in ministry and healthcare. Currently serving as the Ministry Advancement Pastor at Tree City Church since April 2019, Dave previously held the role of Hospitality and Discipleship Ministry Assistant. Prior to their work in ministry, Dave spent over 25 years at Norco, Inc., starting as a Medical Driver and progressing to roles such as Customer Service, ATP, and ultimately serving as the Rehab Director from June 2013 to September 2019. Dave Arnold earned a Bachelor's degree from Northwest Nazarene University between 1997 and 2000.
