Valeria Testa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Valeria began their career as a Volunteer Researcher at the Research Group in Soil Physics at the Federal University of Santa Maria in 2014, where they conducted scientific experiments and analyzed test results.

In 2015, Valeria worked as a Monitor for the Fundamentals of Soil Science discipline at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Valeria assisted students in their learning process and helped the professor in charge with class activities and assessments.

Valeria then worked as an English Language Instructor at Wizard by Pearson from 2010 to 2016. Valeria taught English to students of different age groups and levels and prepared class materials and activities. Valeria also held meetings with students, parents, and guardians.

From 2016 to 2017, Valeria interned as an Agricultural Engineer at the Federal University of Santa Maria, where they conducted research in various areas of Precision Agriculture and organized events and demonstrations of new research results.

Valeria gained further practical experience as an Agricultural Engineer Intern at Bartlett's Farm in 2017. Valeria managed the transplanting and irrigation of potted plants, handled harvest management of field vegetables, and inspected incoming plant material.

In 2018, Valeria worked as a Senior Sales Advisor at MANGO, where they provided excellent customer service, maintained store standards, and assisted with administrative tasks and hiring new personnel.

From 2019 to 2020, Valeria served as a Content Review Associate at Accenture. Their responsibilities included investigating and resolving content issues, staying up-to-date with client policies, and responding to user inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

Valeria then joined WINE COLORS in 2021 as a Business Development Consultant, where they focused on developing new business opportunities.

Most recently, Valeria joined Tree Nation in 2022 as a Project Development Assistant and was quickly promoted to the role of Project Development Manager. Their responsibilities in this role are to oversee project development and ensure their successful implementation.

Valeria Testa has an education history that includes obtaining a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidade do Porto, which they pursued from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on People Management from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná in 2020. Valeria also holds a Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, which they earned from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal degrees, Valeria has acquired several certifications. Valeria obtained "The Science of Well-Being" certification from Yale University in June 2020. Valeria also holds certifications in various areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Recruitment and Selection of Personnel, International Business, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Conduct Counts, Unconscious Bias, and Personal Marketing.

Furthermore, Valeria obtained the IELTS English Certificate in March 2019 and completed certifications in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Personal Marketing from Portal Educação in 2016.
