Mike Ardiel

Mike Ardiel has extensive experience in the forestry and oil and gas sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Reclamation Coordinator at Tree Time Services Inc. since June 2011. Key responsibilities include managing seed collections, calculations, and sourcing for over 150 varieties of plant material, as well as overseeing extensive land reclamation projects involving the coordination of delivery and planting of over 2 million seedlings for wellsite reclamation annually. Prior roles include Silviculture Coordinator at Millar Western Forest Products Ltd., where responsibilities spanned budgeting, safety objectives, and contract negotiations, and Edmonton Sales Manager at Joint Venture Marketing, where contributions included developing sales strategies and building a cohesive team.
