Clay Goodpasture

Clay Goodpasture has spent their career in various operations and customer service roles. Clay began their career as a Production Manager at Frost Lighting in 2005. In 2014, they transitioned to corporate care at GrubHub Inc. After a year and a half in that role, they became an Escalation Specialist at Venmo. Clay spent three years in that role before moving to Braintree as a Risk Analyst. In August 2021, they transitioned to their current role as Operations Manager at TreeCard.

Clay Goodpasture has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Design and Technology from Berea College. Clay also has a CPM from Product School and is certified in Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Product School.

They are on a team with Michael Novak - Business Operations Manager, Jessica Carta - Head of Product, and Johanna Alvarado - Customer Support Lead. Their manager is Jamie Cox, Co-Founder & CEO.
