Dan Soto

Dan Soto has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dan is currently working as the Director of Technical Operations at TreeFrog Therapeutics since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Poietis from 2017 to 2022, with roles including Director of Research & Development, Technology Manager, and Project Manager. Before that, they were a Research Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2014 to 2017, where they led research projects and successfully obtained patents. Dan also worked as a PHD Candidate at ESPCI from 2011 to 2014.

Dan Soto's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they studied Physics Chemistry Track in the Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles program until 2007. Dan then went on to École Polytechnique, where they pursued a degree in Physics and Mechanics of fluids, earning an Engineer's degree in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, Dan Soto attended Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mechanical Engineering. Later, in 2015, Dan Soto participated in the Translational Fellowship Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. To further enhance their skills, they obtained additional certifications from MIT, including a certification in Engineering Leadership in 2015, Professional Communication in 2016, and Mastering Innovation & Design-Thinking in 2017.
